Workshop: Learn to Knit

Knitting is a wonderful skill that can take you on many journeys of creation.

This workshop teaches the skills needed, from casting on to working both the knit and purl stitch.  Shaping techniques and pattern reading are also taught, as well as the all-important casting off.  Ideas of how to use this newfound skill and inspiration for future projects will also be given during the course of the day.

It is a very enjoyable way of learning these techniques, either from scratch or as refreshment and will hopefully lead to many more hours spent knitting.
