Workshop: Socks

Knitting a sock has many levels of expertise and for this reason can excite or scare knitters. The increase in many coloured sock yarns has meant that many have caught the intrigue of knitting socks. This workshops looks at those techniques used in many socks, including working in the round on double-pointed needles, turning a heel and grafting the toe. Socks can be made in various ways and this course looks at the basics for those starting their knitted sock journey.
